The charge on your credit card statement will read "Naked Plates LLC." You ("Customer") understand that all products are hand painted by order. Customer has read and agrees to the shipping terms for the item being ordered. Contact info@nakedplatespottery.com with any questions.
Customer has verified that all the information provided in the order form is correct. Customer understands he or she is commissioning a one-of-a-kind work of art. Due to the handcrafted nature of the work of art, Customer can expect slight variations in color and designs.
Furthermore, Naked Plates LLC (“Company”) shall not be responsible for the failure of any pottery marker provided to Customer beyond the replacement cost of said marker. While the Company is committed to providing the most reliable product available, the Company recommends Customer purchase an additional marker to guard against failure.
THE COMPANY PROVIDES ALL GOODS AND MATERIALS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY THE COMPANY, EXCEPT THIRD-PARTY MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES (IF ANY) AS TO GOODS OR MATERIALS PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE GOODS AND/OR MATERIALS PROVIDED OR TO BE PROVIDED HEREUNDER. THE COMPANY'S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES (INCLUDING ACTUAL DAMAGES), WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT OR NEGLIGENCE, WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION RECEIVED BY THE COMPANY FOR THE GOODS AND/OR MATERIALS MADE THE SUBJECT OF CUSTOMER'S CLAIM
